Terms of Service
For Billing
Payment is billed according to payment policy below.
If payment becomes more then 30 days late Happy Dogz will turn your account over to collections.
For Service
The client understands our ability to provide the service can be dependent on weather conditions, high grass, unraked leaves on the ground which is your responsibility and other unknown influences.
General Policies
Skip a Scoop
The client understands that if the client wants to SKIP a scoop day and have us come the week after, they will be charged for the skip day since there will be double the waste for us to clean up the following week.
Unattended Dogs
We love dogs, but we will not enter a yard if the dog(s) are outside unattended by the owner.
This is for our safety.
Trampolines
If there is waste underneath we will not crawl under. Please move the trampoline prior to our arrival to ensure that area can be cleared.
Communication
You will receive notifications via text or email on the day of the service when our technicians are on the way and after completed the service.
Disposal
We double bag and dispose of the waste in your trash receptacle if it's located outside. If we miss anything in your yard, contact us right away and we will come back within the next 24 hours.
Gates
If you have a gate we will always make sure it is locked before we leave. Please keep entry accessible to us without obstructions especially in the winter time.
Holidays
If your scoop day lands on a major holiday then your clean up will be done either the day before or after. You will receive a courtesy text when we are on our way.
Obstruction
If we can't see it, we can't scoop it! If your lawn is overgrown or covered in leaves we can't ensure a full clean-up.
Weather Policies
Reschedules/Cancellations
Scooping will be affected due to the following:
*Rain
*Lightning
*Flooding
*Heavy and active snow
*Cold advisory
Winter Policies
Winter Months
If we can see it we can scoop it! During the weather months it is harder to see the smaller doodie in the snow. Sometimes waste can not be removed due to frozen ground or soupy conditions. As soon as more snow melts and it becomes more visible it will be scooped.
Snow Day
If the temperature gets below 25 degrees or it's actively snowing, a snow day will be called and you will be promptly notified.
